  • How can I pay for my order?

    For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Interac. However, we only accept cards that have been issued in Canada or the United States. Please note that all our advertised prices are in Canadian dollars.

  • What delivery service do you use?

    To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of couriers depending on which best suits your needs. We will tell you which courier company is handling your delivery when we send you your shipping confirmation email. Please note that the package must be accepted and signed for by someone at your delivery address.

  • Does CFPC offer international shipping?

    At this time, we only ship online orders within Canada. But for your convenience, we deliver anywhere in Canada.

    Note: To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, a highway number, and/or an emergency number with your order. 

  • How do I track my order?

    Canada Post shipments:
    You can track your package by visiting Canada Post's website at www.canadapost.ca or by calling 1-888-550-6333 Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm local time.

    Purolator shipments:
    You can track your package by visiting Purolator's website at www.purolator.com or by calling 1-888-744-7123 Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm local time.

    UPS shipments:
    You can track your package by visiting the UPS website at www.ups.com.

  • Will I receive a receipt for my online transaction?

    Yes. All transactions made with the CFPC will include a receipt.

  • Returns and Exchanges Policy

    When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product.  Please contact us at 1-800-387-6197, select 1 + ext 279.
